Deferred Maintenance in Foxboro
I bought my second rental property in the Foxboro neighborhood in Vacaville, CA June 2014. It was quite a mess having been vacant for over a year and likely had not been maintained since the day it was originally sold about 20 years ago.
I did a lot of work on the house but one of the top priorities was to protect the house from future damage and rot with new exterior painting. I got Jerry's name from Jon Scott, NNR Home Repair in Vacaville.
I called Jerry and scheduled time for him to come out and look at the job. This was my first time working with Jerry and I found he and his crew were quick and thorough.

After a walk through of the job, he pointed out some siding rot, made some recommendations and we talked about how important exterior painting if to the life of the home.
He schedules time to spray wash the house, we picked out paint colors and scheduled the job. It was complete within 1 week.

I've added Jerry to my list because he produces high quality work. He is also responsive, I was able to contact him by telephone, email and text. He's been in the Vacaville area for many years and and I have recommended him twice sine this job.
